feeble attempt of a rally easily crushed at the 4550 resistance...semis are looking weak. They need to take leadership again otherwise we will not see rallies. They are trying some upgrades(txcc) but that's just not good enough. INstituional buying is what we need but they must be partying about their quarterly results...
