Rob,

this year we saw three 10% Nasdaqcorrectionions. Each time a Rally followed. In March the 4500 Line seems to indicate some Support. I hope it holds.

these Days Sectorrotaion favours Coca Cola and the Paperindustry more then high Tech Ditech. But what shall happen when Earnings come in? A Realitycheck, indicating where real Groth is, where the Future lies.

In Paper and Coca Cola? No!
In high Tech? Yes.

While from recent Hights I suffer in my Portfolio a 25% down, while my Stomach badly hurts, while i regret not to have sold all those Papers on the Peak (I never catch it), I strongly believe the general Stock buying Audience will again rotate into such Future promising Stocks as Ditech and alike in late April.

The Industry and Society will in the future need and use much more Machineintelligence to produce, distribute, pay and administrate all industrial producable Things to become productiver and richer to all Benefit.

So we need more and better Software, Computers, Networks, Telecommunication (especially more Fibre and Wireless), but not more brown fizzy Sugarwater, Soap or Paper.

While the Stockmarketbuyers and -Sellers sometimes tend to extreme Exagerations, the underlying Businesstories forgoe not unnoticed.

Keep Faith - stay put!

Lutz
