Bruce, From what I have been able to find out the previous lawyers for Telespace missed filing some document with the SEC. This was not known to QNNT management at the time of the merger agreement between QNNT and Telespace. QNNT has retained their own lawyers to address this situation and hope to have the "E" removed within a couple weeks. I personally don't see any big problem, but it looks like there are some investors that are panicking because of this. There could be some shorting going on here as well because some market makers see an opportunity to exploit a little weakness. It is also month end and year end for brokerage firms to have their accounts balanced up. I am using this time of the month to pick up a couple of stocks that are trading below normal levels. The beginning of April should see stock prices move back up.
