When you compare the chart for SOX and NAZ then you see that the NAZ mirrors the SOX. And the semis are just not kicking in and without them the NAZ is a lame duck.

Large blocks on CTXS going over 40k, 75 k blocks...since price is rising i assume they are accumulating here
