Phil, I agree with you totally. If you recall, I got the SEC documents re: the company and most people here, at least, were stunned about its revelations concerning VTEH's corporate structure and finances, particularly finances. Each told me they would not have invested had they known what the SEC documents contained. Why did so many people share these, to be kind, "misunderstandings" about the company? There is one and only one answer and we all know that answer.

The shattering of those "expectations" is what is causing such mistrust and lost hope at this point. Shareholder confidence is, and should be, at an all time low.

But, finances buys technology and employees, and there is something to be said for keeping overhead down by using independent contractors, at this point. I am not defending VTEH - and I am still long the stock- and I am too, frankly very worried, unless they get some financing. But, if they had l0 employees each drawing high salaries, I would be more worried. The advances by other companies and their earnings' reports indicate that if this company ever gets off the ground, there is some hope. Let's hope anyway-
