the SPX autoex at CBOE must not have been on most of the morning (and late afternoon). it's always fun trying to get trades off during fast mkt conditions :-)

CBOE 'lost' a trade; then said it was canceled, but a couple of hours later, it executed... got it busted and covered even lower. prior to covering, I had a nice credit bull spread w/ calls! now I'm just in a synthetic SPX long (1500P, 1525C) and I'll reestablish my 1550 'CC' when (if) SPX recovers significantly.

btw, I actually saw +5pt B/A spread on some SPX strikes I was watching during this afternoons meltdown. tried to buy more 1525 calls, but they're not as eager to split the spread during fast mkt conditions. perhaps we'll get a return to 1475 tmo.
