Earnings last year were at $.61, and are estimated at around $.84 for this year. On a trailing basis the P/E is about 120, and for this year it is about 87. That's hardly what I would call fairly valued considering that the company should grow earnings at roughly 30% pa. That gives you a forward PEG of about 2.9.

I would feel much more comfortable jumping in if the stock were around $50.

If you followed the ASP accounting issue with LGTO it seems as if this company might be vulnerable to the same kind of earnings restatement based on revised revenue recognition criteria. If so, the stock could suffer a further haircut as the Street reflexively takes the stock down.
