Just in case anyone's paying attention: siliconinvestor.com STAA hits its numbers, but misses its editor. Anyone know what a "clinical trail" is? How about an implantable contract lens?" STAA claims strong sales of its Toric IOLs, but they do not break out the sales by product, so we have to take their word on that. I will try to follow up with my eye doctor friend about those. Perhaps the surgeons she talked to did not have the lens injectors when they tried it and just poo-pooed the whole concept from then on, despite technical improvements. On the sidelines for now.
