Struggling Investor - I agree with your post completely! I look at "vrts" with a market cap of $40 - $60 billion and see a lot more downside than upside. The company, itself, has a lot of upside - but the stock appears to reflect perfection. "Vrts" should bounce when it is eventually added to the S&P, but at $60 billion - there is significant downside risk if perfection is not met.

I don't play options, through stocks that is (I do occassional play naked calls & sell puts/calls). There is significant risk in holding "seg", obviously, if "vrts" goes down in price.

I think a lot like you, according to your posts. I'll have to keep in touch. It's been my pleasure to have the opportunity to talk with you.
