It wasn't just ROVC today, the MMs appear to be raping most of the OTC stocks and doing the same thing. The best explanation that I have heard is that MMs want the price to be low at the end of the month on a stocks which they have shorted because then its end-of-the-month reconciliation statement looks better. I don't know how much truth there is to this, but it makes some sense. Katie K.
