<<Greenspan responded: "I can say unequivocally...>>
...has not, intervened, manipulated [the] price of gold...
William, to me its more than sad the examples those in the big and powerful USA government display as normal interaction, as in this is what is done, is expected, the way it is, and all the way to a level of awareness to be received by those of a young and learning age before leaving the school systems at and below highschool.
Clumsy my above English challenged grammer to say that the generations now entering the world have as real life examples seperate from any specific training as a religion or family member example, that in the "real world" truth and lies and misrepresenation and all those other words to wiggle around and avoid telling the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth.... is not the way its done if you wish to venture away from a protected and sheltered small circle of truth you know of.
As for Alen Greenspan's answer, he answered not the question asked in spirit, but only in words, using lawyers advice and help, to protect himself and keep at bay the answer he has knowledge of, to the question wanted but not asked in a way to prevent another answer that does not asked the question.
Poor poor my grammer here. And no, English is not my second language, its my first and only.
Bottom line, Greenspan knows that the price of gold is fixed and if asked a question that allows only an yes or no answer, he will reply "no comment."
Greenspan is not the one or "agency" doing the fixing, but he knows of it, as in where who and why.
Bottom line # 2, I don't care about the "It depends what you mean by is, is." A lie is a lie and a half truth is not an 1/2 lie, but a lie, just as in a woman is not 1/2 with baby, its yes or no.
a rose is a rose a lie is a lie A is A play on words and games is not honesty.
The GATA folks at the cafe detailed the Fed and Tresurary answers as such, as not the truth, not an answer, meaning "guilty."
