that is kinda funny kelvin ... morbid funny ...

my dad is the staid type investor

has had Sears for ever and when it spun off ALL he just kept it forever.

He doesn't listen to me much (probably all well and safe)

but he told me he added quite a bit to his ALL (at 35) and was reccommending it to me as a good 'safe' grower

He said 'I already have a 2 dollar profit!'

I said DAD ... the trend has been down for 6 months ... money is flowing out of blue chips into tech ... I gave him a price slightly above his entry and told him to sell it if it falls. Well, of course (like most) he has ridden it down another 6 months.

Larry .... You take a good long hard look at the trend ... have the fundamentals changed ... when the techs rebound ... what will keep ALL from the continuation of it's trend line?

those old staid fundamentalists that run many a slow growing non-net mutual funds have been hurting and this is how analysts can gain entry into 'our' tech domain JMHO.of.course
get a few of them to gang up on the techs .... and they are filling their pockets as so many are panic/fear selling .
