Informission's New Telecom Subsidiary Acquires Beltron
Technologies Inc., Mindready Expects to Double its
Revenue in 2000

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--Informission Group Inc. announced today that its
telecommunications subsidiary, Mindready Solutions Inc., has
acquired Beltron Technologies Inc., a specialized consulting firm
serving manufacturers of telecommuni-cations and networking
equipment. Mindready and Beltron will join forces to capitalize
on the growing number of business opportunities appearing in the
worldwide market of telecommunications manufacturers and solution
providers. Beltron employs 100 technology professionals and
expects revenues in excess of $15 million in 2000.

Beltron provides a variety of software and specialized electronic
solutions. These include the design of electronic circuits and
embedded software solutions for drivers, circuit boards and
various communications devices; the development and implementation
of custom applications that improve the manufacturing process; and
the development of test stations for telecommunications equipment
manufacturers.

"Earlier today, we announced the official launch of Mindready and
the vision of this new dynamic company created by Informission,"
said Daniel Dussault, President of Mindready. "We are now
announcing our first acquisition, which will allow us to
strengthen our business relationship with leading providers of
telecommunications and networking products. We are confident that

telecom subsidiary, Mindready, and the appointment of Mr. Daniel
Dussault as President of the new company. Mindready will provide

require little human intervention.
