Summary Disposition means it was thrown out of court: ie. The Band Won!

The writing was on the wall back in Dec, when the judge made an initial ruling leaning towards Sovereign Immunity.

I always said the deal was finished with the band and Sungold, now I guess they will appeal and it will end up in court for years to come.

Band deal is finished, lets get on with the other projects. Hopefully Sungold will make sure their ass is completely covered so nothing like this will happen in the future.

I remember a conversation I had with Hart back in 97, I brought up a question about what if the band backed out. Hart said they had enforceable contracts. Well, I guess they didn't factor in Sovereign Immunity.
