Fred, welcome back. Sounds great, but I have a case of "if the FA and the TA do not jive..., my point is that a short attack by itself, or misunderstandings of any kind cannot bring a stock to half its peak value. There must be a lot of knowledgeable people that would have stepped into the breach. The decline may be market related (down sizing of current valuation of a bright future). Just one man's opinion. In any event, if the information you presented is correct, then we should rapidly see the $25 to $26.5 area of resistance (and the gap) filled and conquered. Until I see that happens, I have to stay with my limited knowledge that says as usual, "the market knows best". Good luck out there. Zeev
