Isn't it obvious? MCNS has had a long time to demonstrate that they're capable of generating significant revenues (let alone EPS), and they haven't done it. They're being lumped in with KOOP and even the supposed gorilla in the space, HLTH, is getting crushed for very similar reasons (new competition). No surprises here: the content, advertising revenues and sponsorship models are failures, as has been apparent to the more perceptive analysts in the space since last summer, and all the companies that don't come up with a credible plan to monetize the eyeballs are on their way into insolvency.
