KLP, I know very little about NTOP (and many other things as well :), but I have experienced a bit of voice interaction via computers hearme.com. and I do make all my long distance calls through my computer using another service similar to net2phone. These services are not "cheaper" than others...they are free. To my knowledge, when somebody generates lots of money for giving out a free service, it usually involves a grant from the gov't. :0
