Hi,folks - Anybody left? Hello? Hello? <g>
Is the carnage complete? Not yet, I think - a whole lot of money has been wiped off the boards, and a whole lot of new investors have learned the ugly truth about the market.
On the positive side - people in IW are going to have a pleasant surprise in the next year. They own that rarest of breeds, a wireless stock that's going to be making money.
That quarter-over-quarter sequential growth of wireless revenue will make IW outperform.
Any announcements, deals that come in addition to that will be icing on the cake.
Not sure what the implications of a twentyish share price will be on IW's CIBC deal.
If you're invested in a lot of high tech companies, and you think you feel bad, imagine what's happened to all those people who had options as part of their pay package! Ouch!
How long before we come out of this? We won't start feeling better until fall, and we won't start feeling good until spring of 2001.
