Hi K,

I think that you were reading a little more into this stock plan post and legislation than what was there (you were posting a little late as well). The options were not for Government workers, as there are no stock plans in place (because we do not get stocks with each check we send to the IRS), but rather for the other corporate workers.

As for the hourly workers receiving options, I think that is a great way to retain workers, especially in this job market! But for Government people, I think we pay them plenty! All just my opinion.
