Why would they fully stock the channel if they didn't have confidence in the brand or if Zicam Cold Remedy wasn't selling well? Regarding the disclaimer that you posted, it says "we have obtained such scientific data for all of our products" It also says "There can be no assurance that the scientific data we have obtained in support of such claims will be deemed acceptable to the FDA or FTC." Of course their lawyers are going to make them say this. All companies have weasel words like this in their financial statements.
