Hi All,

I am a FNG here, looking to establish a position in OPTV. Can someone help me: is it cheaper to buy Spyglass shares and wait for the deal to close (I know their is a risk premium, but I am not certain I am interpreting it correctly).
The planned merger would give Spyglass shareholders 0.7236 share of OpenTV for each share of Spyglass held.

The Arb play:
If you were buying today, which shares would you pick up?
Spyglass = $75 7/16 yet (0.7236 x 114.75 = $83.03)!
OPTV = $114 3/4

Thanks and good luck to all,
Eric
