Didn't they raise money @ $18.50 a share as well??

BTRN raised money @ like $4-5 if I remember correctly, I'm specifically thinking of examples where the company raised a substantial amount of $ per share well above todays price [SEPR seems to fit the bill, as does INCY & VRTX]. I'm putting these on my buy list.
