Personal Income for Feb. = +0.4% Consumption = +1.0%
bea.doc.gov Personal income increased $32.6 billion, or 0.4 percent, and disposable personal income (DPI) increased $22.1 billion, or 0.3 percent, in February, according to the Commerce Department's Bureau of Economic Analysis. Personal consumption expenditures (PCE) increased $62.4 billion, or 1.0 percent. In January, personal income increased $58.7 billion, or 0.7 percent, DPI increased $61.4 billion, or 0.9 percent, and PCE increased $35.9 billion, or 0.6 percent, based on revised estimates.
