Thanks for the info that CELG sold 2.5 million shares [and Hancock .5 million] shares @ $101 netting the company $12 per share. In addition the stock is set to split this weekend.

As for SEPR, the $400 million dollar convert has strike of about $93 and the overalotment was fully exercised [$60 million]... so not quite as dramatic as the others, but still raised $5-6 a share.

As we know VRTX has really cratered after it's convert as well.

My buy list now: INCY, MLNM, VRTX, SEPR, CELG.

by the way INCY goes into the S&P midcap 400 today.
