Good afternoon. Thanks. So much has transpired since your original post and the information flow on the other board has started to flow with a lot of information being provided. Bashing seems to be the sport on more than one thread and is still going on at other stock bb's and it is amazing what people will say behind your back, I guess because they think you may not see it. Some of those on that board are cetainly aware of what transpired on this thread and you just have to consider the source and ignore it. If they just don't want to let things be and act in that manner, I will certainly ignore it. Very good advice given to me and I do listen.
Yes, we probably are in close agreement as to our legal system. I will continue to disagree with anyone who accuses others purely on conjecture, speculation, presumption or whatever they want to call it. Unless they have absolute proof of what they are saying and will present hard evidence to back up what they say, they have no right to do it. Our system does have flaws, but it also has checks and balances that help it work. New laws are needed and the law does change somewhere almost every day. Florida laws are different than a lot of states. They do seem to have more of their share of scams, drug problems, money laundering and the like.
We should be hearing something soon since the Courts gave the defendants and NVID ten days to answer to the Court. I have not yet looked over the SEC documents, but hope to do so later. So much of what we are hearing is still old news and until the Court rules, there is not much else we can do, but wait. The Judge will have all the facts before him from all parties and he will know the whole story and whatever he rules will be law. The fact that the company was allowed to remain open and on the OTC makes one think that there were questions to be answered and it was not an airtight case of slam/bam you are gone situation.
Thank you for your responses. I still don't want to deal with the bashing and believe others don't want to see it either. It doesn't help the situation we are in at all. I enjoy getting to see both sides of the facts and I do like to see complete documents so I can determine with my own eyes what has transpired and what has actually been alleged in the pleadings. I was not familiar with the SEC website until I saw Telephonics post and then Mr. Moss's over on the other board. I would like to know if the SEC comes back and reports their findings or what their investigations reflected or does the ruling of the Court take precedent? I would think the Court has jurisdiction. Probably ought to study the SEC website and see what I can learn there.
The weather is just beautiful and I think I will bid you ado and go to the pond to watch the KOI. They are very relaxing to watch.
