Gus, Yeah, they got a steal. But the market let them do it by not having the guts to bid up the SEG stock to what you consider its true intrinsic value. Instead the institutional big boys are happy to take their profits and look great in the short run. Sam, seems like you are right also about the $800M cash. If that takes the $2B down to $1.2B for the effective cost for the operating part of the business, then the P/E for operations goes from 7.7 to sub-5. -TOKO
