I have taken a position in ABTL. I purchased some shares yesterday. I look for an equity buyer for a considerable portion of the company or beneficial partnership in the near term. The stock is undervalued given the brand name recognition and buyer satisfaction that the company has developed. The large short position has depressed the stock value to the point that it is now a value play. ABTL has relationships with several automakers and is best positioned to benefit from the online shakeout that the market foresees. ABTL is a benefit to dealers and not competition. NADA is launching there own site soon. A partnership or alliance with NADA is also a possibility. INTC has a relationship with ABTL that could also be expanded. I feel that ABTL has been unfairly 'grouped' with the wrong sector and has suffered due to this fact.
