MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 31, 2000--Yesterday, Total Entertainment Inc. (OTCBB:TTLN) filed its annual report on Form 10-KSB with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The annual report contains the company's audited financial results for the 12-month period ended December 31, 1999. Net revenues for 1999 reached $581,543 compared to $169,993 in 1998. The company incurred a net loss of $1,190,716 or $0.02 per share on a diluted basis. "We are very pleased with our revenue growth and expect the investments we made in 1999 in technology, service offerings, branding and promotion, and infrastructure will yield significant improvements in our 2000 revenues," said Sandy J. Recent Developments
In January, the company announced an agreement with Online Gaming Systems making Total Entertainment the exclusive provider of Online Gaming Systems Internet gaming software. Total Entertainment was also one of twelve companies cited in a Bear Stearns report as a company to watch in the Internet wagering and gaming technology industry. In February, TTLN announced an agreement, which provides access to a Caribbean hosting facility and the transfer of a master gaming license from the Government of the Dominican Republic, which allows Total Entertainment to provide turnkey solutions to new online gaming partners.
