Tero, I have no idea who's being most irresponsible here; but of course it would be good if the IPR situation would be cleared up immediately. However - it took years to sort out the GSM IPR situation. Every company thinks that its contribution is the crucial piece. Who's the bad guy now? Who's jamming the negotiations with outsized demands? We probably have opposite views on this, Martin. But this is where it gets interesting. Mot, Ericy, and Hitachi have licensing agreements with Qcom which seem to support Qcom's IPR claims on WCDMA - correct me if I am wrong. Surely, this must count for something, no? rgds, MA.
