Goldman - just my thoghts on the litigation issue. I have heard that in order for you to be held liable for your opinion that those you give it to would have to compensate you for it. In other words ...if I do not hire you as my agent and pay you for this I can not sue you. Caution is advised however and as I am not a lawyer I suggest you check with one re: compensation and the law of agency.Woody most likely knows how this is handled in your area.
