My reading of the Goodlatte bill is that this will give ELOT and the states what they need to
finalize contracts and launch on-line lotteries. This may be obvious to everyone but yesterday
was the first time I read the actual bill.

Listening to other topics being discussed by the Committee it appears that bills at this stage
have bipartisan support and perhaps for minor amendments are expected to pass the
committe and congress as a whole.

It may be a matter of weeks only before the Bill becomes law and then it's full speed ahead.

Any comments?
