CNET completed the Mysimon merger on Feb. 29, 2000 on a pooling of interest basis.

Emailed Dr. Hwang a suggestion based on my last post, for TELV to go to a holding company. And spin off all the business assets into separate corporations. The holding company will have a portfolio to manage.

That will give TELV more assets for sale and refocus venture investments. Is the company then a venture capital company? As such the holdings will have more value than a manufacturer?
