Rocky, I see the defense of the CF assembly patents as critical and view the Lexar case as the test case in this regard. As it turns out, the CompactFlash family of assemblers seems to be a bit smaller than one may imagine. Take a look at some older posts. Recall also that SST is already a licensee.
