I think I know why this one is plunging like Micron a few months ago. Nothing to do with their bussiness outloook though but with insider sales. And insiders are getting ready to unload in a big way. Like 15% of the stock. Current shareholders and warrant holders have recenlty filed with the SEC to sell 1.6 Million shares. The warrant holders will add 1.2 Million new shares to the stock as soon as they cash in. So, ladies and gents brace for a fall. With so much supply of stock coming to market MRVC could easily trade in the low 30's soon. I am long the stock but recently sold half of my holdings as soon as I found out about this and looking to buy again at much lower prices. As I said, nothing wrong with the company and it's fundamentals at this point, just a lot of people that want to cash out. Advice: long term holders nothing to worry about, short term holders could make some money here as this one should be very volatile. I plan to wait for the 1.6 M to get out before buying back here. John
