Dear JDN,
I would consider Waterhouse average at best. Their quote service breaks down frequently (several times a day for 15 to 20 minutes). On line trading breaks down at least once every couple of weeks (it won't let you get into the site), and order confirmation gets updated very slowly. Plus they give you totally screwed up quotes for options. They are quite cheap (12 bucks for stocks) and I must admit the service has gotten somewhat better in the last month or so. I have heard Datek is good but they don't have options trading which is what I do most of.

Alok

Regarding Waterhouse, what is your beef? I was thinking of using them. Also, anyone using Datek or whatever the name is of the one with the S.I.
relationship?
