Canadian Venture Exchange Raises Triant to Tier 1 Status
NANAIMO, BC, March 30 /CNW-PRN/ - Triant Technologies Inc. (CDNX:TNT - news; OTCBB:TNTTF - news) reports that the Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX) has approved the Company's submission to have the classification of the Company raised to Tier 1 under the Technology Industry Segment. According to the Exchange, the Tier 1 classification is the Exchange's premier tier for the most advanced companies with the most significant financial resources. Achieving Tier 1 status is based on meeting certain listing criteria set forth by the Exchange, which include: net tangible assets; management plans and reasonable expectations of earnings; and adequate working capital.
