Une question assez technique en matiere de propriete intellectuelle....

Disons que si t'avais le choix t'es mieux d'opter pour le lien. La compagnie peut avoir un droit sur le contenu du communique alors que CSW, pae exemple, peut avoir un droit sur la disposition... Ceci etant, Je ne connais aucune compagnie qui tenterait de proteger son droit en poursuivant un individu pour avoir fait un copy/paste d'un communique de presse.
