Standard defense of a guilty criminal. Gates defense sounds like Bill Clinton telling us he didn't have sex with Monica. As with Clinton this isn't saving the constituency (stockholders) lack of turmoil as well as money. It is really getting ridiculous and offensive (how stupid do these control freaks think we are) when these two guys spout out "Spin" that a 9 year-old could translate as BS. Is there a Harry Truman out there somewhere that would like to relocate to Redmond to teach this company some straight talk. This BS has COST MSFT money NOT drawn to its coffers. JMHO, admit your wrongs, settle the lawsuit, and go forward, you'll save yourself and all of your shareholders money and heartburn in the long run.
