what is the deal with orb and it's accounting? they just continue to struggle with how to handle their numbers.

You know the saying. Accounting irregularities are like cockroaches. When you see one there are usually many more.

If you think about the reason for this it's pretty obvious. A company that's practicing "aggressive" accounting is unlikely to be doing it in only one, specific case and going by-the-book everywhere else.
