CRAP! i wanted to buy some ARPT today if it opened up low enough.. but had to run some errands.. missed the open near $70 and now it's at $135!! UGHHHHH!! oh well.. at least the consolation is that the IPO market is alive and well IF the IPO is QUALITY... so it's not completely dead.. hopefully Etrade will get some HOT issues in April and we are able to all get some good allocations jim
