I got in at 16 and definitely plan to hold it as long as earnings continue to grow. XLTC was mentioned in passing as a typical young growth company that was growing fast and below the instutional investors radar screens in an article in NAIC's Better Investing Magazine a few months ago. I checked it out, and decided it was a great buy with almost unlimited long-term upside potential.
