PCIE - FWIW, here is a Potential Candidate for the Golden Lists. Been doing some DD based on their upcoming move to CA and emergence from CH11. Something to do if it rains this weekend...(g) According to CFO, Tony Broughton "Around 30 million shares outstanding, of which around 11 million are currently unrestricted and free trading. At this time management holds around 8 million, all restricted and which will remain so until the Company is in compliance with its SEC filings." They filed CH11 as protection from their landlord who also held a large note. Since, they have gotten financing thru a "White Knight", won several court battles, and are in the process of moving their facilities to CA. BTW - they manufacture snow boards, wake boards, skate boards, etc. With their move and new cash infusion, they will get their SEC filing caught up and become fully reporting. Management is committed and willing to fight for their company. I like that. Trading is sparce and ticker has been PCIE, PCIEE, or PCIEQ. Tough to know which one is the active one.
