I believe MNOC is a SCAM.
I have not been able to confirm with US West that they have any dealings with MNOC, contrary to the claims in MNOC's recent press release. US West has not put out any press releases confirming what MNOC says.
If you read MNOC's press release carefully, you will see that they never actually say they have a deal with US West. MNOC could just mail out an unsolicited offer to US West, or ANY well-known company, and produce such a press release.
When James N. Rodgers and Austin were with their previous P&D - Crys-Tel - CYSS - CYSS put out another very suspicious PR claiming a $1,000,000 purchase of equipment from Nokia. A Nokia VP told me in a phone call that the purchase "did not happen".
MNOC is using the same old fake press release trick to try to pump up their stock.
BUYER BEWARE!
