There are a combination of reasons offered for the NASDAQ decline - some of which were not voiced until after the fact (go figure). Take your pick.

1. Profit taking by individuals after a great run.
2. Profit taking by fund managers at the end of the quarter.
3. Selling to pay income taxes.
4. Jitters over the threat of a five basis point increase by the Fed in May.
5. Rotation into the DOW and other mainstream stocks.
6. Last (but not least) the effect of margin calls after several continuous down days.

There may be other reasons too. This morning some goofball pundit was gleefully announcing to all on CNBC that the bubble has finally burst.

Lets see some more money flowing in next week.
