russett, i upped my acb again today, same as the majority of trading days in March ... not looking to trade into house money shares quite yet .... that will come in time, at another level. It's the market cap that matters a lot more than the nominal share price, imho. Especially when lined up against what is a unique business model presented by capable management with connections .... as for "market speculation of IPO's" - well yeah ... those IPOs are real, and generate real dollars [albeit hk dollars, but more of them, lol] ... and they'll make a real NAV for cpt ... and the SEG IPO is pretty much in the bag, i understand - not 'best efforts' underwriting but a done deal. Check out the partners there - Tonto, i don't think we're on Howe Street any more. This is my biggest position now ... only thing that would shake my convictions would be an indication that the SEG IPO might be delayed ... but it is planned for September, so in the meantime we get to watch the website go live and go through development, so there will be info to go on there ... but as it stands now, with more fresh nickels i'll pick up more cpt .... cheers
