The market seemed to settle down well today. I agree that it should keep moving in that direction next week. This week was rugged and tiring. Thanks to y'all for a good thread through the rough times, as well as the giddy days. It helped me keep a sense of humor and my wits about me. Last time my portfolio took hits, I didn't have much knowledge or resources and let it go to hell. This time I took it slow ~ cut out some things that made me nervous, even if it was at loss, gathering cash and protecting the porfolio's future. And added to positions that were beaten down, that I like. And just plain didn't do other things, sometimes a good idea. Reading y'all, and that reminder to think, has helped leave in what I think is a stronger position for the next move. And for the first time in awhile, I'm GLAD it's the weekend. Still look forward to Monday, though. :) Best regards!
