So Rick, why is it that almost every morning gap and every
End of the day run , MyTrade almost completely breaks down
and becomes totally useless?

You enter an order during these times , it may or may not
show up in the order screen...If it does it will sit there, that's if MyTrade hasn't "frozen~up"entirely. Confirms of executions may show up as late as 15 mins later, with cancels and updates to acct summaries and positions taking the same amount of time.

You may be all a nice bunch of people over at TRAC, but how about remembering you are supposed to be providing people with a reliable , trouble~free trading platform. Being nice
can get confused with trying to hide these constant
failures of MYTRADE during these crucial times of the trading day.

I have learned to live with the fact that an order filled or cancelled may take up to 15 mins to show up in the order
box, and the adjustments to acct positions and summaries taking just as long a time to show up.

You have heard of -----> real-time trading? Yes I thought you had. Being a nice guy is great, Rick.

Now how about fixing MyTrade so it works, in the am and pm,
so I don't have to keep coming here to ask you to do your job.

This is the message I got today, yesterday, the day before,
the day before that....ad infinitum it seems:

Execute and cancel confirms are delayed>>>>


MyTrade has become almost completely and constantly undependable for trading during the am/pms. Would be nice if you people could really make more of an effort to solve this ever-recurring situation, which render MyTrade almost absolutely useless, and a poor representation, of what an online pure trading experience should be like. MyTrade falls far short of the mark, and is reflected in the share price.
