Dennis,

I am wondering the same thing. What is happening? I hope that Fidler is not pulling the samething he did last year.

Let's see, what could be the possible problem?

Competition -- I don't see much from Microsoft, QNX, nor Linux.

Market Condition -- The embedded market should be doing fine.

Intel -- Maybe Intel is backing another player in I2O.

TMS -- I see no challengers.

Acquisition -- WRS could be doing another big acquisition. Who is it, I don't know. Probably more on the application side than the tool side. Maybe the SpyGlass/OpenTV deal is triggering something here.

Being acquired -- I don't see Fidler pulling a Seagate-like deal.

Personel problems -- Someone fell severely ill?

SEC Investigation -- Possible, for accounting practices.

Missing the numbers -- We could see a big charge this quarter related to acquisitions.

That's all that I can think of, but they don't seem to cause this type of drop. Couple this with the drop a few days ago, I am getting very worried.
