Veritas and S and P was a disaster. Maybe it will make the S and P add JDSU right away while VRTS disaster is still fresh in investors' mind.

I would love to see it. I think JDSU will do a lot better now that most traders holding out for the S and P won't be given a sure thing. As that expectation goes away---guess what---it becomes a sure thing!

I still feel VRTS will move up big in the near future and had other issues affecting its price in the last 2 days.
