Long time no see.....Unfortunately my reply yesterday was not able to come on the boards, because I kept getting an error message..Too bad, because it was very important....RT RECEIVED IT IN A pm, BUT i WILL TRY AND RELAY THE SAME MESSAGE i DID TO HIM...
HOW DID DAVID AND HK GET MIXED UP IN THIS TOGETHER, ALONG WITH BUTCH AND THE OTHER GUY......WE were specifically told while HK was at the helm of this Titanic that Butch ripped him off, along with the other guy, and then there was BUFF, and then there was the millions of shares given to HK for the law suits he lost, AND THEN THERE WAS THE SUPER SHORT NOTICE OF THE 1/25 RS, and the fact that when a shareholder questioned HK receiving a few million shares, was told that the co. could do what they want with shares!!!!!!!!.....AND THEN there was FRANCO!!!!!....Pickens was also yelling his head off that HK was a rip off artist....NOW, DAVID, BUTCH AND HK are teaming up!!!!! Come on now.......SOMETHING'S NOT RIGHT HERE GUYS...When did HK sprout WINGS AND A HALO???? ........HK, had deal after deal fall thru, and then turned it over to his "buddy" SWEDE NELSON----DON'T YOU GUYS REMEMBER ANY OF THAT....REMEMBER THE GLOWING LETTER FROM HK HIMSELF ABOUT HOW PLEASED WE WERE GOING TO BE WITH THESE CO.'S (2 YEARS. AGO) BOY AM I EVER PLEASED OR WHAT....he accused those people of the wrong doing, lost 2 lawsuits which cost US a few million shares.......The stock that, there's too many of them by now)was sold and CSMA was the holder of the shares....Pretty good, since CSMA was no longer in existence....So what happened to that $$$$$$$.....NOW, we can't get one iota of info from either co. There is almost no way to get in contact with anyone, nor will their legal people call back. THEY issued 5 mil. shares to themselves, and left HK out (boo hoo)....These same people by the way HAVE JUST ALLOWED more than 12 MIL. shares to be disbursed in VLVT!!!!!.....Hey, do you guys remember the 1/25 Reverse split......I'D LIKE TO KNOW VERY MUCH THE RECORDS OF SALES FOR HK ELROD A MONTH OR TWO BEFORE IT HAPPENED......Don't forget, mergers and RS do not take place overnight.....There are meetings, planning, etc.......&%^$^$$^&%$....Hey, it might be that he has never, ever sold a single share, I don't know....How many shares does HK have that he's sweating because he's losing $$$$$$$$....HOW MUCH HAS HE SOLD IN THE PAST..Now, ask these good people here how much they lost!!!!!!!!
I'm very DISTRUSTFUL of the fact that proxies were asked for first BEFORE MOST OF US KNEW ABOUT HK AND BUTCH being part of the deal.....WHAT, are we really supposed to hand these co's. back over to someone from the old management, and someone whom the management claimed was a crook..
OK..HERE'S MY TAKE FOR MY VOTE AND MY FAMILY'S VOTE.....I'd like HK thru Davidor someway to give me a tel. number thru a PM so that I may speak with him and Butch and David......I'd also like to speak to the Attny. Ken Eades (or whatever the heck his name is)..............

I WOULD REALLY LIKE SOME REAL ANSWERS HERE FOR SOME TOUGH QUESTIONS, OR I'M GOING TO BE BACK ON THESE BOARDS AS YOU ALLLLLLL KNOW!!!!! AND GUYS...YOU SHOULD BE ASKING THESE TOO......AND CALLING THE SEC REGARDING ALL THIS GARBAGE THAT HAS TAKEN PLACE!!!!!
